"Hip Openers" - From the Heartland Target Class with Aaron Fleming
Join us this September as studios across all 5 states in our region host benefit classes to mark the one year countdown to the next IYNAUS Regional Conference: FROM THE Heartland, hosted in Chicago, September 15 - 18, 2011. From the Heartland is sponsored by IYAMW and proceeds of the target class will benefit the conference. Support the conference by joining IYAMW now and attend this target class for no extra cost.

An afternoon of yoga poses and philosophy discussion. Some yoga experience necessary, not for raw beginners.
